On May 1, 2024 the Wichita Transit Facility goes tobacco-free! On March 22nd TFW staff members provided a resource fair for transit staff and riders regarding the policy update and to provide important information regarding resources to stop smoking, including the Kansas Tobacco Quitline program. Riders who were interested in quitting learned about free resources like gum and patches that can assist in their quit effort.
