The California Department of Public Health has released a new advertising campaign to counter the surge of e-cigarettes.  The campaign, Wake Up, exposes the health risks associated with e-cigarettes, dispels misinformation, and shines a light on the marketing practices used by e-cigarette companies and Big Tobacco.
