Through the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, TFW and Health & Wellness Coalition have been awarded funds for the Chronic Disease Risk Reduction grant through the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. We we committed to continuing the important work of implementing evidence-based strategies to impact tobacco use, physical activity and nutrition.
