Kansas Health Foundation Releases New Anti-Tobacco Media Campaign
Through its decades of work focusing on public health and prevention, the Kansas Health Foundation has continually utilized its resources to educate Kansans about the most critical health issues facing the state.
For much of that time, reducing tobacco use and exposure has been one of the state’s major public health priorities, and research continues to indicate the need for education and awareness around this issue.
To help meet this need for public awareness, the Foundation has launched its latest health communication campaign to once again focus attention on the harmful health effects associated with exposure to secondhand smoke. This campaign will consist of television advertisements that are a follow-up to the “Take it Outside” campaign with the tagline “It’s Not Only Smokers Who Get Sick”.
